At Leading Edge Construction we believe in encouraging girls to pursue careers in building. It’s construction week at this little one’s school and she came home saying, “I don’t have any construction toys.” Her Mom, who is an employee at LE then showed her the 2 tool boxes, her own measuring tape, her magnatiles, her 3 different size legos and of course her dump truck.
